摘要
以某新建70 t/h酸水汽提装置为例,采用Aspen PLUS软件对工艺流程进行模拟计算,分析了其工艺参数,如热进料塔板及温度、侧线抽出塔板及抽出量、冷进料比例及理论塔板数等,对净化水中氨浓度及再沸器热负荷即装置蒸汽耗量的影响。
Based on a greenfield sour water stripping unit with a capacity of 70 t/h,Aspen PLUS is employed to conduct simulation calculation for the process flow,and analysis of its process parameters,such as the hot feed column tray and temperature,side draw-off plate and draw-off volume,cold feed ratio and theoretical tray number,among others,and the influence on the concentration of ammonia in the purification water and reboiler thermal load,or the steam consumption of the unit.
