某项目高密度聚乙烯粒料料仓防燃爆设计 被引量:1

摘要 料仓燃爆会毁坏料仓设备,引起物料熔融降级,给企业造成重大经济损失。以某项目工程设计为例,在以往工程经验数据的基础上,分析了引起料仓燃爆的可能因素,指出从造粒到风送工艺过程中落实规范要求,采取措施优化设计,可控制料仓燃爆风险。 Silo explosion may damage the silo equipment and lead to degradation of the stored material due to melting,which may result in major economic loss for the plant owner. For the engineering design of a project,based on data from previous projects,An analysis of the potential factors are provided which may cause silo explosion,and indicated that by following the specification requirements from pelleting to pneumatic conveying,and the measures are taken to optimize the design,the risk of silo explosion can be controlled.
