产教融合视域下高职院校教育教学管理制度体系研究

Research on the Management System of Education and Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Integration of Industry and Education

高职院校制度体系建设是实现高职教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的核心载体。通过加强教育教学管理制度体系建设促进人才培养质量全面提升,进而实现中国特色、世界水平的高职院校建设目标,是当前需要深入探讨并亟待解决的问题。天津轻工职业技术学院通过加强依法办学,自主管理,构建完善的教育教学管理制度体系,促进了产教融合、校企合作不断深化,实现了学院内部治理能力和水平的显著提升,教育教学各项工作亦取得多项标志性成果。

System construction of higher vocational colleges is the core carrier to realize the modernization of the governance system and capacity of higher vocational education.The problem that needs to be deeply discussed and urgently solved is that it will pro⁃mote the overall improvement of talents training quality by strengthening the construction of management system of education and teaching,and then to achieve the objective requirements of the construction of higher vocational colleges with Chinese characteris⁃tics and world level.Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College has achieved a significant improvement in the internal gov⁃ernance ability and level of the college,and many landmark achievements have been made in various work of education and teach⁃ing by promoting the integration of industry and education and the school-enterprise deep cooperation through the enhancement of running schools according to law and self-management,and by constructing the perfect education and teaching management system.
