摘要
随着我国高等职业教育的深入发展,“双师型”教师概念应运而生,“双师型”教师能力素质观也逐渐确立。从系统论角度看,高职“双师型”教师能力素质系统由基础能力、特色能力和动力能力三个子系统构成,并由此形成一个有机结构。通过构建高职“双师型”教师能力素质系统及结构、能力素质结构模型、能力素质发展类型,以期对培养和提升高职“双师型”教师能力素质提供借鉴。
With the deep development of higher vocational education in China,the concept of"double-qualified"teachers emerges at the same time,and the concept of"double-qualified"teachers'competency quality has been gradually established.From the per⁃spective of system theory,the system of"double-qualified"teachers’competency quality in higher vocational colleges consists of three subsystems:basic competency,characteristic competency and dynamic competency,and they form an organic structure.Through the construction of the system and structure of"double-qualified"teachers'competency quality,the model of competency quality,and the development type of competency quality in higher vocational colleges,the study aims to provide reference for train⁃ing and improving the competency quality of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges.
