摘要
高职院校人才培养目标定位的宽泛问题是造成高职院校人才培养层次不清楚、特色不鲜明、竞争力不足的主要原因之一。依据生物学分类方法和我国人才分类理论,提出了人才培养规格亚型分类的理论框架,据此将高职人才培养目标分为技术型人才、技能型人才、技术技能型人才和综合型人才四类亚型。依据人才规格亚型分类的框架,对四类人才培养规格建立了核心能力模型,并探索了基于四类人才培养规格亚型的技术技能人才培养路径。
The broad positioning of talents training targets in higher vocational colleges is one of the main reasons for the unclear lev⁃el of talents training,the lack of distinct characteristics and the lack of competitiveness in higher vocational colleges.Based on the bi⁃ological classification method and talents classification theory in China,this paper has proposed a theoretical framework of the subtype classification of talents training specifications,according to which,the higher vocational talents training targets can be divided into four subtypes,technical talents,skilled talents,technical skilled talents and comprehensive talents.This paper has also estab⁃lished a core competency model for the four types of talents training specifications,and explored the training path of technical skilled talents based on the subtype training specifications of four types of talents.
