业态创新视角下酒店月子中心实践研究

Practical Research of Hotel Postpartum Nursing Centers from the Perspective of Business Format Innovation

酒店月子中心是为刚分娩出院的母婴提供专业化生活护理、康复服务的营利性机构,是现代服务业产业融合、业态创新的典范,有助于构建生育友好、儿童友好与家庭友好型社会。与酒店月子中心实践的快速发展相比,该领域研究相对不足。文章基于业态创新视角,分析了酒店与月子中心的业态耦合性;介绍了酒店月子中心的发展现状与业态创新定位;女性自主需求、家庭结构变化、国家政策、资本追捧以及产业发展环境变化等,是酒店月子中心发展的影响因素;最后从经营模式、服务体系、服务质量、人员配置、空间设施和危机管理6个方面,提出酒店月子中心业态创新的实践路径。

Hotel postpartum care centers are profit-making organizations that provide professional life nursing and rehabilitation services for mothers and newborns just after they were discharged from hospital.It is a model of modern service industry integration and business format innovation,which helps to build a reproduction friendly,children friendly and family friendly society.Compared with the rapid development of hotel postpartum nursing centers,the research in this field is relatively insufficient.Based on the perspective of business format innovation,this paper analyzes the business format coupling of hotels and postpartum nursing centers,introduces the development status and business format innovation orientation of postpartum nursing centers;women s independent needs,changes in family structure,national policies,capital pursuit,and changes in industry development environment are the influencing factors for the development of hotel postpartum nursing centers;finally,the paper puts forward the practice path of the business format innovation of hotel postpartum nursing centers from six aspects,namely management model,service system,service quality,personnel allocation,space facilities and crisis management.
