摘要
采用稳定化纳米Fe^9-插层化合物(GICs)作为吸附剂去除电镀废水中的Cr^6+,降低Cr^6+对环境的污染,采用X射线衍粉末射仪,傅立叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对Fe^0-GIC的结构进行了表征。结果表明,在pH为9.5CP的质量浓度为70 mgL,催化剂用量为5 gL,吸附还原停留时间60 min的条件下,Cr^6+去除率达到99.8%,处理后的CP的质量浓度仅为0.08 mgL,经处理后的废水铬含量达到GB21900-2008的电镀废水排放要求,是一种具有应用前景的新型电镀废水Cr^6+降解材料。
The stabilized nano-Fe0-intercalation compounds(GICs) were used as adsorbents to remove Cr6+in electroplating wastewater,to reduce the pollution of Cr6+to the environment. The structure of Fe0-GIC was characterized by X-ray powder diffuser, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that, under the conditions of pH was 9.5, Cr6+mass concentration was 70 mg/L,catalyst dosage was 5 g/L, and adsorption and reduction retention time was 60 min, the removal rate of Cr6+could reach 99.8%,and the Cr6+mass concentrationwas only 0.08 mg/L, and the chromium content of the treated wastewater met the electroplating wastewater emission standard of GB21900-2008. It is a new type of electroplating wastewater Cr6+degradation material with application prospects.
