摘要
在不同温度的条件下(25,20,15℃)测试了短程硝化在污水处理中的应用。结果表明,不同温度、高溶解氧条件下,海绵生物膜反应器均实现了短程硝化。温度的降低对短程硝化的不利影响可以通过调整运行条件来补偿在温度为15℃时,可通过将海绵装入流离球,提高进水NH^+4-N含量的方法实现短程硝化。流离球对短程硝化恢复的作用是因为加强了生物膜内部对亚硝酸氧化菌(NOB)的氧抑制,而不影响整个反应器的效率。连续运行的方式有利于提供对NOB抑制的氧抑制条件,并且游离氨(FA)对NOB的抑制也得到加强。温度对海绵生物膜活性的影响可以被认为是线性变化的。
The application of partial nitrification in wastewater treatment under different temperature conditions(25, 20, 15 ℃) were tested. The results showed that, under different temperature and high dissolved oxygen conditions, the sponge biofilm reactor had realized partial nitrification. The adverse effect of temperature decrease on partial nitrification could be compensated by adjusting the operating conditions. When the temperature was 15 ℃, the partial nitrification could be achieved by filling the sponge into the drifting ball and increasing the content of influent NH4+-N. The effect of the drifting ball on the recovery of partial nitrification was because it strengthened the oxygen inhibition of nitrite oxidizing bacteria(NOB) inside the biofilm without affecting the efficiency of the entire reactor. The continuous operation mode was beneficial to provide oxygen suppression conditions for NOB suppression, and the suppression of NOB by free ammonia(FA) was also strengthened. The influence of temperature on the sponge biofilm activity could be considered to be linear.
