摘要
针对青海某镇污水处理厂地处高原低温环境,半年期间水温一般在6~10℃,短时间出现4~6℃低温水,设计采用改良型Carrousel氧化沟为主的二级生化处理工艺,处理后出水水质达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)中一级B类标准,经过较长时间运行,证明其工艺选择合适,操作简便,运行稳定。文章介绍了改良型Carrousel氧化沟及该污水处理工程的设计经验,给出了工艺流程、构筑物设计参数等。
For a town sewage treatment plant in Qinghai is located in the plateau low temperature environment, the water temperature is usually 6 ~10 ℃ during half a year, and 4 ~ 6 ℃ low temperature water occurs in a short period of time. The secondary biochemical treatment process based on the modified Carrousel oxidation ditch is designed. After treatment, the effluent water quality reached the Class B standard in the "Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant Emission Standard"(GB 18918-2002). After a long period of operation, it proved that the process selection was suitable, the operation was simple, and the operation was stable. This paper introduces the design experience of the modified Carrousel oxidation ditch and the sewage treatment project, and gives the technological process and structural design parameters.
