基于FLUENT的超薄板微束等离子弧焊熔池行为研究

摘要 焊接熔池的特征信息与焊缝的成形质量具有直接的对应关系,为了获得高质量的焊缝,课题组对超薄板微束等离子弧焊的熔池进行研究。通过FLUENT软件采用Solidification&Melting模型与SIMPLEC算法对直流和脉冲微束等离子弧焊熔池进行数值研究,并设计了焊接熔池视觉检测系统;通过实验采集熔池的几何特征对数值分析的结果进行了验证。结果表明:在平均电流相同的情况下,直流状态下熔池的温度和宽度大于脉冲电流时熔池的温度和宽度;但是直流时熔池中液态金属的流速与熔池的振幅都小于脉冲电流状时熔池中液态金属的流速和熔池的振幅。通过实验发现使用数值模拟的方法可以获得一定的熔池特征信息。 The characteristic information of the weld pool has a direct relationship with the quality of the weld.In order to obtain high-quality welds,the weld pool of ultra-thin plate micro-plasma arc welding was studied.Through the FLUENT software,the Solidification&Melting model and the SIMPLEC algorithm were used to numerically analyze the molten pool of DC and the pulsed micro-plasma arc welding,and a visual inspection system for the molten pool was designed.The numerical analysis were verified by the experiment that collected the geometric characteristics of the molten pool.The results show that under the same average current,the temperature and the width of the molten pool in the DC state are greater than those in the pulse current state,but the flow rate of the liquid metal in the molten pool and the amplitude of the molten pool in the DC state are both smaller than those in the pulse current state.It is found through experiments that certain information about the characteristics of the molten pool can be obtained by using numerical simulation.
