摘要
以服役近40 a的钢筋混凝土下承式桁架拱桥为研究对象,针对主拱圈混凝土开裂、斜撑混凝土剥落漏筋、竖杆破损、拱脚开裂、纵横梁开裂等病害,结合原始图纸、规范标准及桥梁检测报告,在分析病害原因的基础上,提出粘贴工字钢法、增加横撑法及粘贴碳纤维布法的综合加固维修方案。利用有限元软件及荷载试验对桥梁加固效果进行对比分析。研究表明,经加固后的桥梁承载力明显提高,加固结构与原结构能够共同受力,计算值与试验值基本吻合。研究结果以期对同类桥梁结构加固起到参考作用。
Taking the reinforced concrete through-type truss arch bridge that has been in service for nearly 40 years as the research object,it aims at the main arch ring concrete cracking,diagonal bracing concrete spalling leaking reinforcement,vertical rod damage,arch foot cracking,vertical&horizontal beam cracking and other diseases,combined with original drawings,specification standards&bridge inspection reports,based on the analysis of the causes of the disease.The comprehensive reinforcement&maintenance plan of sticking I-beam method,adding transverse bracing method&sticking carbon fiber cloth method is proposed.The finite element software&load test are used to compare&analyze the effect of bridge reinforcement.The results show that the bearing capacity of the strengthened bridge is significantly improved,and the reinforced structure and the original structure can bear the same force,and the calculated value is basically consistent with the test value,which are expected to play a reference role in the reinforcement of similar bridge structures.
