摘要
软土地区墩台深基坑施工一般选用钢板桩支护结构。在钢板桩支护结构设计时设计人员往往比较注重钢板桩桩长、入土深度、支撑结构强度的计算,但对围檩梁的刚度容易忽视,往往给墩台深基坑支护结构安全带来隐患。余杭塘河桥桥墩深基坑施工时围檩梁刚度不足,造成整个支护结构失效。只有通过增加围檩梁刚度,才能保持钢板桩支护结构的整体性,保证桥墩深基坑施工的安全性。这已通过理论计算和施工监测数据证明,可用于指导施工。
Steel sheet pile support structure is generally used in the construction of deep foundation pit of pier&abutment in soft soil area.In the design of steel sheet pile supporting structure,designers often pay more attention to the calculation of steel sheet pile length,soil depth&support structure strength,but it is easy to ignore the rigidity of purlin beam,which often brings hidden danger to the safety of supporting structure of deep foundation pit of pier&abutment.During the deep foundation pit construction of Yuhangtang River Bridge pier,the rigidity of purlin beam is insufficient,which results in the failure of the whole supporting structure.Only by increasing the rigidity of purlin beam can the integrity of steel sheet pile support structure be maintained and the safety of pier deep foundation pit construction be ensured.It has been proved by theoretical calculation&construction monitoring data,which can be used to guide the construction.
