摘要
游戏是幼儿的生命,幼儿在游戏中成长。安吉游戏通过还幼儿以游戏的权利、自由,创设适宜的游戏环境和提升教师专业性等途径,促成了游戏精神的回归和游戏价值的实现。安吉游戏的成功源于幼儿教师自由、民主、平等儿童观的确立,源于“一日活动皆课程”课程观的转变,源于游戏中教师从设计者到支持者的角色转变。安吉游戏同时启迪幼儿教师提升观察与支持能力,评价与激励能力以及自觉的反思和专业发展能力。
The game is the children’s life,in which the children grow up.Anji games have contributed to the return of game spirit and the realization of game value by restoring children’s right and freedom of game,creating appropriate game environment and enhancing teachers’professionalism.The success of Anji games comes from the establishment of kindergarten teachers’concept of freedom,democracy and equality for children,the change of curriculum concept of every day activity is a curriculum,and the change of teachers’role from designer to supporter.Anji games also inspire preschool teachers to improve their ability of observation and support,evaluation and motivation,as well as self-reflection and professional development.
