摘要 汽车召回能有效降低缺陷产品对用户生命财产方面造成的威胁,但目前并没有可操作性的召回效果评估标准。针对这种情况,为了对召回效果进行综合评价,对召回工作进行指导改进,建立了一种汽车产品召回效果评估模型。该模型约57%指标可以定量表示,保证了评价的客观性。借助模糊数学的处理方法,利用专家打分方式对具有多个模糊性特征的定性指标做出合理评价,保证评价的灵活性。通过召回实施案例分析并验证了评价结果的科学性与合理性,部分量化指标构成的指标体系可为汽车缺陷产品召回效果评估指南的制定提供参考。 When vehicle products are defective,they will have great potential threats to people and society.Initiating a car recall can effectively reduce the threats to consumers’lives and property caused by defective products,which is conducive to social harmony and stability.At present,there is no operable evaluation standard for recall effects.In order to evaluate the recall effect comprehensively,guide and improve the recall work,a model of vehicle product recall effect evaluation was established.Most of the indicators in this model can be quantitatively expressed,which guarantees the objectivity of the evaluation.With the help of fuzzy mathematics,the expert scoring method is used to make a reasonable evaluation of the qualitative indicators with multiple fuzzy features,which ensures the flexibility of evaluation.Finally,through the case of recall implementation,the scientific nature and rationality of the evaluation results were analyzed and verified.The index system composed of some quantified indicators can provide a reference for the development of the evaluation guide for the recall effect of automotive defective products.
