The Big Data Application Model of Northeast Revitalization

摘要 东北地区作为中国传统的工业基地和重要的地理大区,近年来经济增长迟缓。大数据技术为决策科学化、治理精准化和服务优质化提供了科学的方法和手段,在新的时代背景下运用大数据实现东北振兴是大势所趋。但东北地区全面运用大数据仍然存在信息化技术研发投入不足、数据共享开放度低、数据条块割裂、数据获取成本高等诸多问题。利用大数据技术推动东北振兴,需要采用多样化的开发运营模式、实施政府数据开放战略、支持产业创新发展,从而凝聚地区核心竞争力,实现地区经济腾飞。 The Northeast of China is the traditional industrial base and an important geographic region.However,the economy has developed very slowly in in recent years in this area.Big data technology provides scientific methods and means for scientific decision-making,precise governance,and high-quality services.Therefore,it is a general trend to make use of big data model to achieve the revitalization of the Northeast in the new era.However,there are still a lot of difficulties in the application of big data model in Northeast China such as the insufficient investment in research and development of information technology;the low degree of opening of data sharing;the fragmentation of data;high data acquisition costs,and so forth.In order to make use of big data technology to promote the revitalization of the Northeast,firstly,it is necessary to adopt diversified development and operation models.Secondly,it is important to implement the strategy of opening government data.Finally,it is vital to support industrial innovation and development so as to improve the regional core competitiveness and achieve regional economic growth.
