国有建筑企业员工绩效考核研究

摘要 建筑业多年以来一直是我国的支柱型产业,对我国的历史、经济、文化发展均有着至关重要的作用。我国作为世界上首屈一指的工业大国,建筑业无疑也是工业发展中的中流砥柱行业,但碍于行业的发展性质,在我国国有建筑企业中,大部分依旧还属于劳动密集型的企业,工作强度大,人才流失现象也较为严重,加上绩效考核技术的运用还存在着部分不足,所以在此必须要找出人才保持的提升空间,并主要从绩效考核的角度提出相应的改良建议意见,以此来深化我国建筑企业的高效发展。
