心可舒胶囊联合厄贝沙坦改善老年高血压病合并高脂血症患者血压、血脂及炎性因子的效果观察

Effects of Xinkeshu Capsule Combined with Irbesartan on Blood Pressure and Blood Lipid Levels and Inflammatory Factors in Elderly Patients with Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia

目的探讨心可舒胶囊联合厄贝沙坦对老年高血压病合并高脂血症患者血压、血脂及炎性因子的影响。方法选择2019年4月—2020年3月在我院接受治疗的老年高血压病合并高脂血症患者104例为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同均分为观察组和对照组。对照组予厄贝沙坦+阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在此基础上加用心可舒胶囊治疗,两组均治疗8周。比较两组治疗前后舒张压、收缩压、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平,并在治疗结束后进行疗效评定和药物不良反应比较。结果两组治疗后,舒张压、收缩压、TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8和TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平均较治疗前显著改善,且治疗后观察组上述指标均优于对照组,且观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组治疗期间未发生与药物有关的严重不良反应,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.127,P=0.727)。结论在厄贝沙坦治疗基础上加用心可舒胶囊能够更好地改善老年高血压病合并高脂血症患者血压、血脂和炎性因子水平,提高治疗有效率,而且具有很好的安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xinkeshu capsule combined with irbesartan on blood pressure(BP),blood lipid and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 104 elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia treated from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,who were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated by irbesartan and atorvastatin,while the observation group was supplemented with Xinkeshu Capsule.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated after treatment.Adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,DBP,SBP,TNF-α,hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C levels in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^2=0.127,P=0.727).Conclusion On the basis of irbesartan treatment,Xinkeshu capsule can better improve the BP,blood lipid and inflammatory factor levels of elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia,improve the treatment efficiency and have good safety.
