目的探究长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)AK093987表达与胃癌淋巴结转移及预后的相关性。方法收集2017年1月—2018年1月本院78例胃癌患者癌组织、癌旁(距瘤灶边缘≥5 cm)组织标本,并分析其临床资料,根据患者是否出现淋巴结转移分为转移组、无转移组,依据患者lncRNAAK093987表达量中位数(7.35)为截点又分为高表达组、低表达组。比较胃癌组织、癌旁组织lncRNAAK093987表达量,并分析胃癌患者淋巴结转移影响因素,低表达组和高表达组术后2年总生存率、无进展生存率,以及lncRNAAK093987表达量与患者淋巴结转移、预后的关系。结果胃癌组织中lncRNAAK093987表达量较癌旁组织中显著增高(P<0.01)。低分化程度、有深层浸润、lncRNAAK093987表达量>7.99是胃癌患者淋巴结转移的影响因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。低表达组胃癌患者术后2年总生存率、无进展生存率明显高于高表达组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。胃癌患者lncRNAAK093987表达量与淋巴结转移呈明显正相关,而与患者预后呈明显负相关。结论胃癌患者lncRNAAK093987表达呈增高趋势,lncRNAAK093987表达与淋巴结转移和预后密切相关。

Objective To explore the correlation of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)AK093987 expression with lymph node metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods Cancer tissue and para-cancerous tissue(5 cm or further from the tumor edge)specimens were collected from 78 gastric cancer patients treated in our hospital between January 2017 and January 2018,and the subjects'clinical data were analyzed.According to the occurrence of lymph node metastasis,the patients were divided into metastasis group and non-metastasis group.With the median of lncRNAAK093987 expression(7.35)as the cut-off point,the patients were divided into high-expression group and low-expression group.The expression levels of lncRNAAK093987 in gastric cancer tissues and para-cancerous tissues were compared.The influencing factors of lymph nodes metastasis from gastric cancer,2-year overall survival rates and progression-free survival rates in low-expression group and high-expression group,the relationship of the expression level of lncRNAAK093987 to lymph node metastasis and prognosis were analyzed.Results The expression level of lncRNAAK093987 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous tissues(P<0.01).Low differentiation degree,deep invasion,and the expression level of lncRNAAK093987>7.99 were influencing factors of lymph nodes metastasis from gastric cancer(P<0.05 or P<0.01).At 2 years after surgery,the overall survival rate and progression-free survival in low-expression group were significantly higher than those in high-expression group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The expression level of lncRNAAK093987 was significantly positively correlated with lymph nodes metastasis,while significantly negatively correlated with prognosis in gastric cancer patients.Conclusion The expression of lncRNAAK093987 in gastric cancer patients shows a significantly increasing trend,and it is closely related to lymph node metastasis and the prognosis.
