灌入式刚柔复合路面在干线公路路口的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对干线公路路口沥青路面出现早期破坏和车辙等病害的问题,系统研究灌入式刚柔复合路面的级配设计、路用性能、施工质量控制,设计了室内配合比设计和性能验证试验,并对试验路进行了现场检测。试验结果表明:灌入式刚柔复合混合料最佳级配为石灰岩10mm^15mm:石灰岩5mm^10mm:石灰岩0mm^-5mm:矿粉=80:7:11:2,最佳沥青用量为4.3%,灌浆料:水=1:0.3,级配良好的灌入式刚柔复合混合料的汉堡试验等各项性能指标均满足规范和设计要求;针对S309与G516交叉路口路面施工工程,根据室内试验选择合适级配的灌入式刚柔复合混合料进行现场试验,在灌入式刚柔复合路面施工过程中应严格控制施工前准备、混合料铺筑、浆体灌注、表面处理等关键环节,马歇尔试验和路表平整度、构造深度等各项路用性能试验结果均满足施工质量和规范要求。 Aiming at the problems of early damage and rutting of asphalt pavement at the intersection of trunk highway,this paper systematically studies the grading design,road performance,and construction quality control of pouring rigid-flexible composite pavement.The indoor mix design and performance verification test were designed,and the field test pavement was tested.The test results show that:the best gradation of the pouring rigid-flexible composite mixture is limestone 10-15 mm:limestone 5-10 mm:limestone 0-5 mm:mineral powder=80:7:11:2,the best asphalt content is 4.3%,grouting material:water=1:0.3.The performance indicators of the Hamburg Test of the well-graded pouring rigid-flexible composite mixture meet the specifications and design requirements.For the pavement construction engineering of S309 and G516 intersection,the pouring-rigid flexible composite mixture with suitable gradation is selected for field tests according to the indoor test.In the process of construction,the key links such as preparation before construction,mixture paving,slurry pouring,and surface treatment should be strictly controlled.The results of Marshall test,road surface flatness,structural depth,and other road performance test results meet the requirements of construction quality and specifications.
