To realize the modernization of transportation,the key lies in people,and the emphasis is to carry forward the spirit of labor model and craftsman,and to build an army of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workers.The transportation industry adapts to the situation of the national vocational qualification reform,actively explores the innovative development of the form of evaluation of skilled personnel,carries out the work of vocational qualification appraisal,vocational skill grade recognition and special vocational ability assessment step by step,and further improves the construction of the evaluation system of skilled personnel.The channels for the promotion of skilled personnel to high-level professional personnel should be opened to encourage the majority of employees to take the road of skills to become talents,serve the country with skills,be down-to-earth,and contribute to the post.The development space of skilled personnel evaluation should be expanded.
