摘要
由于《邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定水中微量铁》被广泛应用于仪器分析实践教学中,为更好地开展实践教学,节约化学试剂,对实验条件进行了改进,改进后的实验方案使用结果表明:线性良好,具有较高的精密度和准确度,节约了化学试剂,在实际教学中取得了良好的效果。
Phenanthroline Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Iron in Water is widely used in the practice teaching of instrumental analysis.In order to better carry out the practice teaching and save chemical reagents,the phenanthroline spectrophotometric method for determining trace iron in water is improved.The improved method has good linearity,high precision and accuracy.The method can not only save many chemical reagents,but also achieve good teaching effect.
