摘要
针对新型动车在司机室采用碳纤维复合材料的车况下尚无雷击防护措施的问题,通过仿真分析了雷击环境下不同导电性能碳纤维司机室的信息系统电路耦合响应。仿真结果表明:在较高导电性能的车况下,车内信息系统耦合的脉冲上升沿达到纳秒级,超出传统防护措施的响应时间;在弱导电性能的车况下,车内耦合脉冲峰值超出传统防护措施的通流能力。实际工程中则基本采用折中方案,即导电性能介于二者之间的复合碳纤维。针对复合碳纤维车况,设计了一种四级脉冲防护电路,并通过脉冲注入试验进行了验证。结果表明,该防护设计能够有效为新型动车信息系统提供防护。
In view of the problem that there is no lightning protection measures when the operator cab of new EMU(Electric Multiple Unit)is made of carbon fiber composite materials,the coupling response of the information system circuit of the carbon fiber cab with different conductivity properties under the lightning environment is analyzed by simulation.The simulation results show that in the case of higher conductivity,the rising edge of the coupling pulse is in nanosecond level,which exceeds the response time of the traditional protection measures;in the case of lower conductivity,the peak value of the coupling pulse exceeds the current capacity of the traditional protection measures.In actual engineering,the compromise scheme is normally adopted,that is,the composite carbon fiber with conductivity between the above two.According to the situation of composite carbon fiber EMU,a four-stage pulse protection circuit is designed and verified by pulse injection test.The results show that the protection design could provide protection for the information system of the new EMU effectively.
