乌东德水电站监控系统负载均衡功能的设计与实现 被引量:5

摘要 针对实时数据规模增大导致水电站监控系统的实时性、稳定性下降的问题,分析了乌东德水电站监控系统负载均衡功能需求,利用水电监控应用信息数量相对较少且不追求资源高度均衡的特点,提出一种结构简单、易于维护的负载均衡体系架构,并对节点状态管理、任务管理、分配策略、无扰切换等关键技术进行分析。该设计实现了水电站监控系统实时数据与计算资源的统一管理与优化调度,有效提升了系统的运行效率和可靠性,适应于未来水电站监控业务的发展。 Aiming at the problem of real-time performance and stability of SCADA system for hydropower plants with mass data,taking Wudongde hydropower plant as an example,this paper analyzed the needs of load balance functions of SCADA system for hydropower plants,proposed a simple load-balance structure which is easy to maintain with the characteristics of small amount of information and few requirements on resource balance from SCADA system,and elaborates on the key techniques such as node condition and task management,distribution strategies,and undisturbed switch.The design realizes unified management and optimal dispatching of real-time data and computational resources in SCADA system for hydropower plants,effectively improves system efficiency and reliability,and adapts to the development of the prospective SCADA applications for hydropower plants.
