摘要
对分裂导线间隔棒内阻尼橡胶块进行不同老化温度和不同老化时间的热老化试验,采用热老化试验箱、邵氏硬度计、橡胶回弹试验仪、电子扫描显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、压缩永久变形等对材料进行硬度、回弹、微观形貌、永久变形等进行测试与表征,结果表明:随着老化时间、温度增加,硬度增加,回弹性逐渐降低;FTIR测试表明,发生了断链降解反应;SEM-EDS测试表明,表面出现了大量明显的孔洞以及块状、颗粒状物质,材料内部助剂析出;TGA测试表明,热失重残留率在42%~48%之间,残留率基本一致,未老化前样品最大降解温度是496℃,随老化温度和时间变大,其数值下降到460℃~480℃左右;热老化质量损失测试表明,质量损失率增加了近158%,质量损失明显。
Damping rubber pieces within the split conductor spacing bar were tested with different aging temperature and aging time by the thermal aging test chamber,Shaw hardness tester,rubber springback tester,scanning electron microscope,Fourier infrared spectrometer,thermogravimetric analyzer and compression permanent deformation.Thus hardness,resilience,microscopic morphology and permanent deformation were characterized.The results showed that with the increase of aging time and temperature,hardness increased,resilience decreased.FTIR test showed that the broken chain degradation reaction occurred.SEM-EDS test showed that a large number of obvious holes and massive and granular materials appeared on the surface.TGA test showed that the thermal gravimetric residual rate ranged from 42%to 48%,and the residual rate was basically the same.The maximum degradation temperature of the sample before aging was 496℃,which decreased to about 460℃~480℃as the aging temperature and time increased.The quality loss rate increased by nearly 158%,and the quality loss was obvious.
