按照JJF 1059.1-2012技术规范的要求,评定复制的异戊橡胶门尼黏度标准物质的不确定度。全面评价和分析影响复制的异戊橡胶门尼黏度标准物质不确定度评定的因素。不确定度主要分量分别为标准物质本身的均匀程度引入的不确定度、标准物质稳定性长期考察引入的不确定度、定值实验室的重复性引入的不确定度。复制的异戊橡胶门尼黏度标准物质在ML(1+4)100℃条件下不确定度为0.9,标准值为73.9±0.9。

According to the requirement of technical specification in JJF 1059.1-2012,evaluated the uncertainty of Mooney viscosity standard material of the copied isoprene rubber.Totally evaluated and analysed the influence of uncertainty factors of copied isoprene rubber Mooney viscosity standard material.The main contribution and influence on the uncertainty lead by standard material itself of the uniform degree and long-term stability of laboratories.The uncertainty was 0.9 and the standard value was 73.9±0.9 at ML(1+4)100℃of copied isoprene rubber Mooney viscosity standard material.
