摘要
以β-环糊精与高分子聚合物混纺来制备聚乙烯醇-丝胶-β-环糊精(PVA-SS-CD)复合纤维,对比分析了PVA-SS-CD对阳离子型染料亚甲基蓝(MB)和阴离子型染料甲基橙(MO)的吸附,并考察了其对二者的分离效果。结果表明,当初始pH=9时,PVA-SS-CD对亚甲基蓝的吸附能力较好,此时PVA-SS-CD对亚甲基蓝的吸附量约为142mg/g;当初始pH=5时,PVA-SS-CD对甲基橙的吸附能力较好,此时PVA-SS-CD对甲基橙的吸附量约为12.5mg/g。PVA-SS-CD可以有效将亚甲基蓝吸附干净而保留甲基橙,并实现甲基橙与亚甲基蓝的有效分离,有效分离效率可达99.6%以上。
PVA-SS-CD composite fiber was prepared by blendingβ-cyclodextrin with polymer.The adsorption of cationic dye MB and anionic dye MO by PVA-SS-CD was compared and analyzed,and the separation eff ect of them was investigated.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of PVA-SS-CD to methylene blue was better when the initial pH was 9,and the adsorption capacity of PVA-SS-CD to methylene blue was about 142mg/g;when the initial pH was 5,the adsorption capacity of PVA-SS-CD to methyl orange was better,and the adsorption capacity of PVA-SS-CD to methyl orange was about 12.5mg/g.PVA-SS-CD can eff ectively adsorb dimethylblue and retain methyl orange,and realize the eff ective separation of methyl orange and dimethylblue.The eff ective separation efficiency can reach more than 99.6%.
