皮革表带柔软度研究

Study on Softness of Leather Bracelets

研发了一种皮革表带柔软度的检测方法:将皮革表带放置于测试平台顶部的水平面,使皮革表带的待测位置处于测试平台的边缘,下拉皮革表带,使皮革表带弯曲至预设角度,并记录下拉皮革表带的拉力值,将皮革表带恢复至水平位置,通过拉力值确定皮革表带的柔软度。有效地解决目前皮革表带的柔软度无法检测的问题,实现皮革表带柔软度的可靠检测,并确定皮革表带的柔软度级别,保证皮革表带佩戴时的舒适度。

In this paper,a test method of leather bracelet softness is developed:place the leather bracelet on the horizontal surface of the top of the test platform,make the position to be tested of the leather bracelet on the edge of the test platform,pull down the leather bracelet,bend the leather bracelet to the preset angle,record the pull value of the pull-down leather bracelet,restore the leather bracelet to the horizontal position,and determine the leather bracelet softness by the pull value.It can eff ectively solve the problem that the softness of leather watch bracelet cannot be detected at present,realize the reliable detection of the softness of leather watch bracelet,and determine the softness level of leather watch bracelet to ensure the comfort of leather watch bracelet when wearing.
