Ni(OH)2/CC柔性纳米复合电极材料的制备及其电化学性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以商业碳纤维布(CC)为基底材料,通过化学镀、电沉积和电氧化等实验步骤制备出碳纤维负载氢氧化镍的纳米复合材料(Ni(OH)2/CC)。利用场发射扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜对其形貌、组成及晶体结构进行测试分析。以电化学工作站对该复合材料的电化学性能进行研究。研究结果表明:Ni(OH)2在碳纤维上分布均匀致密,比电容量大,循环使用寿命长,稳定性高。 Carbon cloth(CC)was used as the substrate material,and Ni(OH)2/CC was prepared by chemical plating,electrochemical deposition and electro-oxidation.Field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),X-ray diff ractometer(XRD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)were used to analyze the morphology,composition and crystal structure.The electrochemical properties of the composite were studied by electrochemical workstation.The results show that the distribution of Ni(OH)2 on carbon fiber has uniform and compact morphology,high specific electric capacity and excellent stability.
