摘要
采用有限元方法对220kV高压电缆GIS终端电场分布进行仿真,研究表明:环氧套管的高压电极处的电场强度最为集中,其电场强度远大于空气的平均击穿场强30kV/cm;当高压电极周边存在典型气泡缺陷时,会引起局部放电,导致绝缘击穿故障。通过对一起220kV电缆GIS终端绝缘故障分析,提出针对性的技术措施。
The electric field distribution of 220kV high voltage GIS cable terminal is simulated by finite element method.The results show that the electric field intensity is the most concentrated around the high voltage electrode of epoxy bushing,which is far greater than 30kV/cm(the air breakdown field strength).If there are typical bubble defects around the high voltage electrode,partial discharge will be caused,and finally it will lead to insulation breakdown.Based on the analysis of a 220kV GIS cable terminal insulation breakdown,the corresponding technical measures are proposed.
