可切削塑料废屑回收利用工艺研究

摘要 对可切削塑料废屑进行了回收利用工艺研究。采用了物理法,我们将废屑作为填料与原料混合制备新的复合材料。进行了不同比例废屑回收制备实验件、不同尺寸可切削塑料废屑回收制备实验件的研究,随后进行了回收废屑制备产品的研究,开发出了一套完整的回收利用废屑制备成熟产品的工艺路线,实现了绿色环保。 In this par,the recycling and utilization technology of machinable plastic sweeps was studied.As the filler,the sweeps were mixed with raw materials to manufacture new materials.The diff erent proportion of sweeps recycling experiments and sweeps with diff erent sizes recycling experiments were carried out.Then,we used sweeps as a kind of raw materials to manufacture a product.We got a complete process of using sweeps to manufacture a mature product,achieving green and environmental protection.
