摘要
机械密封作为流体机械重要的组成部分,是保证机械正常运行的关键。文章以高分子材料为主要研究对象,对新材料在机械密封环节的使用情况进行分析,对高分子材料机械密封磨损特征以及磨损受机械密封表面织构的影响进行总结,认为在机械表面与高分子材料长期接触状态下,机械密封所使用的高分子材料弹性模量越小,则长期接触所产生的表面织构变形越明显、减磨效果越显著。文章所得结论旨在为高分子材料在机械密封装置加工领域提供理论与技术指导。
As an important part of fluid machinery,mechanical seal is the key to ensure the normal operation of machinery.Based on polymeric materials as the main research object,the use of new materials in mechanical seal link conditions were analyzed,and the characteristics of polymer mechanical seal wear and wear are summarized the influence of mechanical seal surface texture,think long-term contact with polymer material in mechanical surface state,the mechanical seal used in the polymer materials,the smaller the elastic modulus,deformation of the surface texture produced by long-term exposure to the more obvious,and the eff ect of grinding,the more significant.The conclusions of this paper are aimed at providing theoretical and technical guidance for the application of polymer materials in the processing of mechanical seals.
