新时代中国经济发展动力变革的主要模式为投资拉动向消费拉动转变模式、要素驱动向创新驱动转变模式、需求驱动向供给侧改革驱动模式、传统服务业向现代服务业转型发展模式和高碳外贸增长向低碳外贸增长转型模式。在动力变革中主要存在创新驱动内涵不足、需求动力不足、供给侧改革有待推进、现代服务业发展亟待提升、低碳式外贸增长内力不足和体制变革需要进一步推进等问题,针对各种模式转变过程中可能出现的机遇和挑战,数字经济是促进中国经济发展动力变革的重要因素,应重点优化创新驱动发展模式,同时优化投资需求向消费需求转换模式,优化需求驱动向供给侧改革驱动模式,加快发展现代服务业,大力发展低碳外贸模式,加速中国经济发展动力模式变革。

In the new era,the main driving forces of China's economic development are investment driven to consumption driven,factor driven to innovation driven,demand driven to supply side reform driven,traditional service industry to modern service industry,and high-carbon foreign trade growth to low-carbon foreign trade growth.In the dynamic change,there are some problems,such as the lack of innovation driven connotation,the lack of demand power,the need to promote the supply side reform,the urgent need to improve the development of modern service industry,the lack of internal force of low-carbon foreign trade growth,and the need to further promote the system reform.In view of the opportunities and challenges that may arise in the process of mode transformation,Digital economy is an important factor to promote the dynamic change of China's economic development.We should puts forward the digital economy to optimize the innovation drive.At the same time,we should optimize the transformation mode from investment demand to consumption demand,optimize the demand driven to supply side reform driven mode,speed up the development of modern service industry,vigorously develop low-carbon foreign trade mode,and accelerate the reform of driving mode of China's economic development.
