从膝骨性关节炎发病机制中不均匀沉降理论为指引,以中医学经典理论为核心,通过外感之邪、经筋病变、三阴脏功能失调可致膝关节应力失衡三方面具体分析,结合现代医学的解剖、生理、病理等研究成果,探讨膝骨性关节炎好发于内侧间室可能的中医学病因病机,旨在提高膝骨性关节炎的中医学认识和防治水平。

Guided by the theory of uneven subsidence in the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis and the classic theory of traditional Chinese medicine as the core and through the specific analysis of the stress imbalance of the knee joint caused by the evil of exogenous cough,meridian muscle lesion,and the dysfunction of three-yin organs as well as the integration of research results of anatomy,physiology and pathology of modern medicine,this paper explores the possible causes and pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis in the medial compartment and aims to improve the knowledge and prevention of knee osteoarthritis in traditional Chinese medicine.
