考虑可平移负荷管理的主动配电网故障恢复方法 被引量:5

摘要 针对主动配电网故障恢复问题,计及系统需求侧管理资源中的可平移负荷制定故障恢复方案。首先给出主动配电网负荷平移基本模型,其次以故障恢复期间失电负荷电量最小为目标函数,计及负荷平移约束、功率平衡约束、网络辐射状等必要约束条件建立主动配电网故障恢复方法。对混沌粒子群算法引入自适应惯性权重系数进行改进,并基于改进混沌粒子群算法对建立的模型设计求解流程。算例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。 Targeting the problem of fault recovery in active distribution network(ADN),the paper proposes the scheme for fault recovery by considering shiftable loads in demand-side management resources.Firstly,the basic model of load transfer in ADN is given.Secondly,the fault recovery method for ADN is established with the goal of minimizing the loss of load during the fault recovery based on load transfer constraints,power balance constraints and network radiation constraints.The adaptive inertia weight coefficient is introduced to improve the chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm,and solving procedure for the model is designed based on the improved chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,the example analysis is given for verifying the effectiveness of the scheme for fault recovery.
