青年共享社区空间可持续利用设计研究

Study on the Design of Sustainable Utilization of Youth Community’s Shared Space

青年共享社区既是一种新的居住形态,也是一种新的生活方式。本文以可持续发展理念和以人为本思想为指导,从青年共享社区空间的潜在利用主体着手,通过模拟社区人群进行问卷调查,并基于调查结果将设计要素参变量化,进而以青岛"斑马青年社区"为例就如何实现青年社区共享空间的可持续利用做出相应的参数化设计。本研究能够为实现青年社区共享空间的人性化、舒适化和可持续利用提供参考,也有助于引导人们更加关注当下青年人群的居住理念和生活状态。

Youth shared community is not only a new form of residing but also a new way of life.Guided by the concept of sustainable development and people-oriented thinking,this paper starts from the potential users of the shared space in the youth community and conducts a questionnaire survey by simulating the community population.Based on the survey result,the paper quantifies the design factors and then takes the"zebra youth community"in Qingdao as an example to make the corresponding parameterization on how to realize the sustainable utilization of the shared space in youth community.This study provides a reference for realizing the humanization,comfort,and sustainable utilization of the shared space in youth community,and also helps guide people to pay more attention to the living concept and state of the young people.
