耐碱性分散染料在聚乳酸纺粘非织造布染色工艺的研究

摘要 采用耐碱性分散染料高温高压法对聚乳酸纺粘非织造布进行染色,探讨了染浴的温度、保温时间、pH值和分散剂等因素对聚乳酸纺粘非织造布染色工艺的影响,实验结果表明:耐碱性分散染料上染聚乳酸纺粘非织造布的最佳工艺条件是:分散蓝2BLN的浓度为0.5%owf,pH值=8,保温时间为20min,以扩散剂NNO1g/L为助剂,染色温度为100℃。 alkali-resistant disperse dye was applied to dyeing with PLA nonwoven fabric by High temperature and high pressure method.The effects of dyeing temperature,time,pH value and dispersing agents on dyeing performance of PLA nonwoven fabric were analyzed.It was found that when the dosage of disperse bule 2BLN 0.5%owf,dispersing agents NNO 1g/L,dyeing at 100℃pH8 for 20 min,the PLA nonwoven fabric can reached good dyeing effect.
