中药材内生真菌应用研究进展

Research Progress on Application of Endophytic Fungi in Chinese Medicinal Materials

随着现代社会的发展,多种疾病的发病率逐渐增高,极大地危害了人民健康。中药材自古以来在疾病的治疗中均发挥了显著疗效,是许多有效天然产物的宝贵来源。然而,中药材中天然产物的含量较低,资源匮乏,价格昂贵,发展与应用被限制。现有研究表明,内生真菌可产生与宿主植物相同的代谢产物,利用其得到某些天然产物是解决药源匮乏问题的一大有力工具。本文从中药天然产物出发,综述了近年来在药用植物中分离得到的内生真菌及其代谢产物与宿主的关系,为中药材内生真菌的开发及应用提供借鉴。

With the development of modern society,the incidence of various diseases has gradually increased,which has greatly endangered people's health.Since ancient times,Chinese medicinal materials have played a significant role in the treatment of diseases,and are valuable sources of many effective natural products.However,natural products are less contained in Chinese medicinal materials,which leads to lack of resources,high prices,and limited development and application.Existing research shows that endophytic fungi can produce the same metabolic products as host plants,and using them to obtain certain natural products is a powerful tool to solve the problem of lack of drug sources.Based on the natural products of Chinese medicinal materials,this article reviews the relationship between endophytic fungi and their metabolites isolated from medicinal plants in recent years and their hosts,and provides references for the development and application of endophytic fungi in traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
