分光光度法测定口服补液盐散中亚硝酸根含量

Determination of Nitrite in Oral Rehydration Salt Powder by Spectrophotometric

建立了分光光度法测定口服补液盐散中亚硝酸根含量的分析方法。实验结果表明,亚硝酸根在0.165-1.98μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997,6次平行测定的平均回收率为99.06%,RSD=1.24%;亚硝酸根的检测限为0.0162 mg/kg,方法检出限低,重复性好,结果准确可靠,适用于口服补液盐散中亚硝酸根含量的测定。

A method for the determination of nitrite in oral rehydration salt powder by spectrophotometric was established.The experimental results show that nitrite has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.165-1.98μg,the correlation coefficient is 0.9997,the average recovery rate of 6 parallel determinations is 99.06%,RSD=1.24%;the detection limit of nitrite is 0.0162 mg/kg,the detection limit of the method is low,the reproducibility is good,the result is accurate and reliable,and it is suitable for the determination of nitrite in oral rehydration salt powder.
