摘要
通过气相色谱串联质谱对养殖环境(底泥、水体)及水产品中10种拟除虫菊酯类农药(PYRs)进行了分析。结果表明:甲氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和氟胺氰菊酯在养殖环境和水产品中有不同程度检出。非化学致癌物健康风险评价显示养殖水产品中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留健康风险是较低的,食用是安全的。
A method based on gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)was developed for the determination of 10 pyrethroid pesticides in water and sediment samples..Fenpropathrin,cyhalothrin,permethrin,cypermethrin,deltamethrin and fluvalinate were detected in the breeding environment and aquatic products.The health risk assessment of non-chemical carcinogens shows that the health risk of pyrethroid pesticide residues in aquaculture products is low and it is safe to eat.
