摘要
利用加工设计常用的Tekla Structure软件建立三维模型,经模型转换后,导入到Ansys Workbench中进行结构静力学有限元分析,分析的结果可为吊装、运输和辅助工装设计等提供理论参考依据。通过具体实例,说明通过Tekla Structure建模和Ansys Workbench分析有效结合,能够有效提高工作效率,操作和修改优化更加简单。为类似工程实际提供参考。
Using the Tekla Structure software,commonly used in Shop design,to establish a 3d model,and then convert the model to import into Ansys Workbench for structural static finite element analysis.The analysis results can provide theoretical reference for lifting,transportation and construction assistant tools’design.Through a specific example,it is shown that the effective combination of Tekla structure modeling and Ansys workbench analysis can effectively improve work efficiency and make operation and modification optimization more simple and convenient.And provide reference for the following related engineering practice.
