A Method Used for Install the Anodes under Jacket Leg

导管架作为海洋平台的下部的基础结构,主要由钢结构管组成,由于导管架服役期间大部分结构都在海平面以下,长期受到海水的浸泡,受到的腐蚀主要为电化学腐蚀,为防止导管架在服役期间内腐蚀过度,需要对导管架进行防腐处理。导管架水下部分的防腐处理主要采用安装牺牲阳极(简称阳极)的方法进行保护,导管即导管架腿,作为导管架最主要的结构,阳极布置数量较多,而建造过程中导管下部阳极的安装较为困难,经过对比总结,本文提出了一种安全、实用、有效的导管下部阳极安装方法。

Jacket as the basis of the offshore platform structure,mainly composed of steel tubes,because the jacket structure are below sea level during the work time soaked by sea water for a long time,subjected to electrochemical corrosion by seawater,to prevent jacket in excessive corrosion during the work time,anti-corrosive treatment is need installed on the jacket.Jacket underwater anticorrosive processing mainly adopt the method of installation of sacrificial anode(anode),as the main structure of the jacket,more anodes need to be arranged on jacket leg,but in prefabrication stage the installation of the anodes under the jacket legs is difficult,this paper proposes a safe,practical and effective method for installation of the anode under jacket legs.
