一种新型多效酸性气体净化装置应用

Application of a Novel Multi-functional Acid Gas Purification Unit

针对小型石油化工酸性尾气处理难的问题,采用新型多效酸性气体净化工艺简化酸性气净化工艺流程,设计出一套多效酸性气体净化装置。通过实验及工业应用表明:处理尾气中的H2S含量<10 mg·Nm^-3,并且副产36%Na HS溶液。通过多级串联反应简化酸性尾气吸收工艺的设备和运行管理。提高了净化效率,增大了装置的操作弹性,解决生产过程中的环保问题。

Aiming at the conundrum of acid gas treatment in small petrochemical industry,a novel multi-function acid gas purification process is adopted to simplify the normal process of acid gas purification.A multi-effect acid gas purification unit was designed.Experiments and industrial applications show that:the concentration of H 2S in purified gas is less than 10 mg·Nm-3,and the by-product is NaHS solution with the concentration of 36%.The equipment and operation management are simplified by multistage series reaction.The purification efficiency is improved;the operating flexibility of the device is increased,and solves the environmental issue in the productive process.
