生物化工专业工厂工艺设计课程教学过程中的思考

Exploration on the Teaching of Plant Design Courses for Undergraduates Majoring in Biochemical Engineering

工厂工艺设计训练是生物化工等工科专业本科生必修课程之一。我国高校生物化工专业毕业设计过程通常采用先由学生选题,再由教务部门统一工厂设计形式要求,学生开展与导师指导共进的方式。形成了重形式与结果考察,轻过程质量跟踪的问题,导致目前多数院校生物化工专业工厂设计课程教学方案不够明确,专业背景知识要求不明确以及师资与文献数据资源配备不完善等问题。本文结合生物化工专业工厂工艺设计课程教学实践与国内外文献资料,对生物化工相关专业本科生工厂设计课程教学过程进行了较为系统的归纳与探索,以期对生物化工专业工厂设计训练课程系统化与培养能力提高提供参考。

Plant and process design training is one of the compulsory courses for undergraduate students of biochemical engineering and other engineering majors.In the process of graduation design for studentsmajoringinbiochemical engineering in Chinese colleges and universities,generally,students choose the topic first,then academic affairs department unify the design form requirements.Finally,studentscarry out the design under the guidance and supervision of instructors.This has led to the problem of emphasizing the forms and results rather than the quality tracking of process,which results in the ambiguous teaching plan and professional knowledge of plant design classes of the biochemical engineering major in many colleges and universities.This paper systematically summarizes and explores the teaching process of plant design courses for undergraduate students majoring in biochemical engineering,thus providing a reference for the systematization of plant design courses of biochemical engineering major.
