Risk Research and Suggestions of Battery-Swapping Mode in China

摘要 换电模式是纯电动汽车快速补充能量的一种方式,但该模式也存在一定的风险。文章通过市场调研和专家访谈,识别了换电模式中存在的政策标准风险、市场风险、技术风险、运营风险以及财务风险,在识别风险的基本上,通过德尔菲法、层次分析法、模糊综合评价法对相关风险进行了评价。风险评价的结果表明,换电模式存在较大风险。为促进换电模式的健康发展,文章针对相关风险,提出了应对建议。 The battery-swapping mode is a way for pure electric vehicles to quickly replenish energy,but it also has certain risks.Through market survey and expert interviews,this paper identifies the policy standard risk,market risk,technical risk,operational risk and financial risk in battery-swapping mode.On the basis of the risk identification,the relevant risks are evaluated by Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results of risk assessment show that there is great risk in the battery-swapping mode.In order to accelerate the healthy development of battery-swapping mode,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the related risks.
