摘要
"双一流"建设对我国高校图书馆发展提出了新的挑战,集聚学科资源优势要求高校图书馆开展基于集体馆藏的精准资源合作。应对"双一流"的学科细分、共享粒度和效益显性化的要求,引入OCLC的集体馆藏理论并借鉴英美相关案例,研究提出了全系统意识下数据驱动的集体馆藏与精准合作的高校图书馆信息资源建设思路,并提出了图书馆联盟维度的共建共享网络中的合作框架和学科优势调整策略,以及成员图书馆维度的数据驱动和合作支持的仪表板方案。
"Double First-Class" initiative has brought new challenges to the development of Chinese university libraries.Gathering discipline resource advantage requires university libraries to carry out precise resource cooperation based on collective collections.In response to the requirements of "Double First-Class" discipline segmentation,sharing granularity and benefit-explicitization,by introducing OCLC’s collective collection theory and referencing to the relevant cases in Britain and the United States,this study proposed a system-wide,data-driven collective collection and precise cooperation suggestion for university libraries’ resource construction,and put forward the cooperation framework and discipline advantage adjustment strategy co-construction and sharing network of the library alliance dimension,as well as the data-driven and cooperation support instrument panel scheme of the member library dimension.
