信息生态视角下在线健康社区用户信息共享行为影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Users’Information Sharing Behaviors in Online Health Communities from the Perspective of Information Ecology

从信息生态角度分析在线健康社区用户信息共享行为影响因素,有助于了解在线健康社区用户的信息共享行为,推动在线健康社区用户共享信息生态的可持续发展。以信息生态理论为基础,结合TAM模型与UTAUT模型,构建在线健康社区用户信息共享行为影响因素模型,并借助问卷调查和结构方程模型方法验证模型有效性。数据结果显示:交互氛围作为信息环境因素、信息有用性和信息易用性作为信息因素、自我效能作为信息人因素能通过信息共享意愿对用户信息共享行为产生积极影响;技术促进性作为信息技术因素对在线健康社区用户信息共享行为的积极影响明显大于技术安全性。

This paper analyzes the influencing factors of information sharing behaviors of online health community users from the perspective of information ecology,which is helpful to understand the information sharing behaviors of online health community users and promote the sustainable development of the information sharing ecology of online health community users.Based on the information ecology theory,combining TAM model and UTAUT model,the influencing factors model of users’information sharing behaviors in online healthy communities was constructed,and the validity of the model was verified by questionnaire survey and structural equation model.The data results show that interaction atmosphere as information environment factor,information usefulness and ease of use as information factor,and self-efficacy as information person factor can have a positive impact on users’information sharing behavior through information sharing willingness.As an information technology factor,the positive influence of technology facilitation on the information sharing behavior of online health community users is obviously greater than that of technology security.
