优质护理干预对围术期腹股沟疝患者的影响

Influence of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Perioperative Period Inguinal Hernia Patients

分析优质护理干预对围术期腹股沟疝患者的影响。选取64例接受手术治疗的腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各32例。对照组采取常规护理方案,实验组采取优质护理干预,待两组患者围术期护理结束后,统计两组的下床时间、住院时间及并发症的发生情况,并对两组的护理满意度进行评定。与对照组相比,实验组能更早下床运动,且住院天数要少于对照组。实验组发生并发症的比例显著低于对照组,实验组的总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。优质护理干预有利于围术期腹股沟疝患者的治疗及康复。

The research analyzes the influence of high quality nursing intervention on perioperative period inguinal hernia patients.64 inguinal hernia patients who receive operative treatment are selected as the research objects,and they are randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.Control group receive routine nursing,and experimental group receive high quality nursing intervention.After perioperative period nursing,off bed time,hospitalization time and complications of two groups are summarized.Nursing satisfactions of two groups are estimated.Compared with control group,experimental group can get off bed earlier,and hospitalization time is less than control group.The complication rate of experimental group is significantly lower than control group,and total satisfaction rate of experimental group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).High quality nursing intervention is beneficial to the treatment and recovery of perioperative period inguinal hernia patients.
