护理干预对急性心肌梗死介入治疗术后患者焦虑情绪的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Patients’Anxiety After Acute Myocardial Infarction Interventional Therapy

探讨护理干预对急性心肌梗死介入治疗术后患者焦虑情绪的影响。选取永靖县人民医院收治的80例急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受常规护理+护理干预,比较两组的心理状态和护理效果。经分别护理后,观察组HAMA评分为(6.37±1.09)分,SAS评分为(25.79±5.30)分,均显著低于对照组的(13.52±1.34)分、(30.51±4.36)分(P<0.05)。急性心肌梗死介入治疗术后经护理干预能够有效改善患者的焦虑情绪,心理状态更佳,有利于患者的康复。

The research explores the influence of nursing intervention on patients’anxiety after acute myocardial infarction interventional therapy.80 patients under acute myocardial infarction interventional therapy in Yongjing County People’s Hospital are selected as the research objects,and they are randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 patients in each group.Control group receive routine nursing,and observation group receive routine nursing+nursing intervention.Psychological status and nursing effect of two groups are compared.Through nursing,HAMA score and SAS score of observation group are(6.37±1.09),and(25.79±5.30),which are significantly lower than(13.52±1.34)and(30.51±4.36)in control group(P<0.05).Nursing intervention on patients’anxiety after acute myocardial infarction interventional therapy can effectively improve patients’anxiety,and make them psychological states good.It is beneficial for patients’recovery.
