妇幼健康素养宣教对提升产妇产后保健意识、遵医行为及产后自主护理能力的影响

Influence of Women and Children Health Literacy Propaganda and Education on the Improvement of Puerperae Postpartum Health Care Consciousness,Behavior of Following Doctor’s Instruction and Postpartum Autonomous Nursing Ability

探讨妇幼健康素养宣教对提升产妇产后保健意识、遵医行为及产后自主护理能力的影响。选取2019年4月—2020年5月来永靖县人民医院产科生产的52例产妇,根据电脑随机盲选法分为实验组和对照组,观察两组产妇的临床指标变化情况。实验组产后保健意识、遵医行为评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组产后自主护理优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。妇幼健康素养宣教对产妇的影响效果确切,可显著提升其产后保健意识,增强其遵医行为,提高产后自主护理能力。

The research explores the influence of women and children health literacy propaganda and education on the improvement of puerperae postpartum health care consciousness,behavior of following doctor’s instruction and postpartum autonomous nursing ability.52 puerperae in Yongjing County People’s Hospital from April,2019 to May,2020 are selected,and they are divided into experimental group and control group according to randomized blind selection method.Clinical index changes of two groups are observed.Postpartum health care consciousness and score of behavior following doctor’s instruction,and the good rate of postpartum autonomous nursing in experimental group are significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Effect of women and children health literacy propaganda and education on puerperae is exact.It can significantly improve postpartum health care consciousness,strengthen the behavior of following doctor’s instruction,and improve postpartum autonomous nursing ability.
