摘要
目的评价音视频结合回馈教学法对肺癌患者主动呼吸循环技术(active cycle of breathing technique,ACBT)训练效果的影响。方法将2017年9月至2018年5月在本院胸外科行肺癌根治术的患者160例设为对照组,在ACBT训练中,采用常规的口头宣讲及视频宣教的方法;将2018年6月至2019年5月在本院胸外科行肺癌根治术的患者160例设为试验组,在ACBT训练中实施音视频结合回馈教学法。比较两组患者ACBT训练的依从性及准确性、肺部并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者ACBT训练依从性及准确性均高于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者肺部并发症总发生率16.25%(26/160)低于对照组26.88%(43/160),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论音视频结合回馈教学法有利于提高患者ACBT训练的依从性及准确性并减少肺部并发症的发生率,进而促进患者肺功能恢复,是一种有效的健康教育方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of audio-video combined with teach-back health education on active cycle of breathing technique(ACBT)of circulatory training in elder patients with lung cancer.Methods Total of 160 patients with lung cancer undergoing radical surgery in our hospital from September 2017 to May 2018 were assigned into the control group receiving the conventional oral and video education;While 160 patients who underwent radical resection of lung cancer in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were set as the trial group receiving audio-video combined with teach-back health education.The compliance and accuracy of ACBT training and pulmonary complications were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance and accuracy of ACBT training in the trial group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of pulmonary complications in the trial group was 16.25%(26/160)lower than that in the control group 26.88%(43/160),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Audio-video combined with teach-back health education is an effective health education approach,which can improve the compliance and accuracy of ACBT training,reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications,and promote the recovery of pulmonary function.
